Warranty and Core Policies

We accept cores for up to six months from the date of invoice, though we ask you to return them as soon as possible. Cores that are deemed unrepairable cannot be accepted for core credit. Please package electronic equipment properly to prevent damage during shipping. Please enclose a completed copy of our Return Goods Form with your cores and in every package you send to RDM.
